		N3B Parka The N3B Parka is another vintage military grade parka. This winter parka is very warm and is issued to soldiers (mostly Air Force) that live in extremely cold areas. You might be able to pick up a used one at an army navy store. The N3B is rated to -60 degrees. This parka has the nickname of the snorkel parka. The N3B parka was so popular that many companies copied the superior design to sell similar parks. The N3B parka lost some of it's popularity in the 1980s and 1870s, but it is coming back , especially among the hip hop crowd.
